EverOps is an embedded service provider that provides ITOps, DevOps, CloudOps, and SecOps services through a unique TechPod model. As the first full-time executive hire, I served as the right-hand man to the CEO. I owned strategic initiatives such as hiring process optimization, constructive culture evolvement, and growth/development program. I prepared board meeting decks and facilitated board meetings.

A cross-functional leadership role focused on constructing long term relationship with internal clients• Led the technical area of radio frequency system analysis. Negotiated system budget among 5 cross-functional teams and ensured low risk designs while managing competing interests of key stakeholders.

Responsible for customer-facing design guideline consultation• Developed a machine-learning based model that relates product performance and cost; Identified trends in product performance through analyzing design data of past 3 years; enabled key customers to reduce cost by $10M annually.• Provided customized design guidance to Qualcomm’s major customers in China. Matched technical requirements to business requirements. Paved the road for establishing a long-lasting relationship between Qualcomm and key phone makers in China.

Responsible for leading all aspects of system de-risk consultation for Qualcomm testing platforms• Optimized Qualcomm’s first automotive SiP module. Enabled a successful launch of this product which initiated Qualcomm’s impact in the automotive industry.• Led the implementation of an automation tool that improved engineering efficiency by 800%: gathered customer pain points. Promoted the tool company wide via presentations and demos. 6 teams with 50+ engineers have adopted this tool.

Blue Ono is a private investment firm that invests in small to midsize businesses with owners seeking growth capital and leadership expertise. Supported cap table structuring, due diligence, negotiation and strategic advising. The fund successfully closed a deal with EverOps in Jan, 2022.

For a $200B firm, streamlined sales processes and greatly improved sales operation of excellence. Identified inefficiency and pain points through client interviews (16 groups in 6 BUs). Designed future processes and organization integration plans leveraging industry best practice. $1B+ revenue growth projected.
