Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide to customers individual needs. As well, provide insight to customers on how services work and how they can utilize the service. The following are services worked on: o AWS Services: VPC, EC2 Linux, EBS, EFS, AutoScaling, Elastic Load Balancing, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VM Import/Export, Lightsail, Systems Manager, Workspaces, Cloud Endure Migration/Disaster Recovery, and AWS CLI. • Help customer with many complex system administration task such as: o OS Level Network Configurations (Asymmetric Routing, Network Interface Configurations) o OS Boot Configurations, Time Synchronization o 3rd Party Applications such as Apache, Nginx, Docker, MySQL o Advanced Linux OS level Troubleshooting (Examining Logs, Errors, Instance Resources) • Drive customer communication during critical events.
