- Manage a team of 25+ people, includes Marketing team and Content team.- Operate ROI-driven digital marketing at large scale, for 22 categories with over 100,000 SKUs.- Contribute to Tiki's 3-digit annual growth rate with given budget during my tenure.- Build working processes for Marketing and Content team. One example: we modulize marketing campaigns, create a campaign template so we can create a complete list of tasks with clear deadline for any kind of campaign within 5 minutes.- Lead a project analyzing customer buying funnel, impacts of marketing activities on each category's net revenue. Get hands on experience of connecting marketing data with back-end data, processing millions of data records, building analysis process, report template and automating all reports.
