- Be a Data Translator to get requiremenrs from Biz team and work closely with Data Engineer to deliver data products- Design data flow and data model for Risk projects about debt classification, provision engine, risk data mart- Use AWS and Databricks for querying and analyzing data

- Formulate hypotheses and develop investment strategies using quantitative methods• Do time series analysis to detect pattern, and signals• Perform hypothesis testing (Normality test, T-test, ANOVA)• Backtest the trading strategies based on historical data- Design, develop, manage and maintain data warehouse and datasets• Crawl raw data, integrate different data sources & types• Train RnD team to query SQL database on their own• Secure data and ensure data privacy- Design and develop automated dashboards and reports for evaluation, trading and portfolio management.- Use Power BI for data visualization, Python for data manipulating and analyzing, SQL Server for data storage

- Be in charge of analytics for retails product on VinID app• Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights to be able to drive change and make key decisions in ranges of fields (Product, Operation, Customer Behavior, Campaign)• Generate easy to interpret dashboards (using Power BI, Data Studio) to effective track the product’s performance over the month.• Collaborate with data scientist team to build a recommendation system on the purpose of delivering personalized customer experience.• Work closely with data engineer to build a CDP (customer data platform) which is widely used among internal teams for customer insights.- Contribute to data governance project on two domains including retails and e-wallet.

- Setup tracking system for Marketing and Telesales teams- Report and alert to Sales & Marketing Manager about sales performance- Advise campaigns on product positioning, sample size and demographic targets

- Lead a team of 5 to build the key metrics & the tracking system for internal stakeholders (sales and marketing, operation, app products and customers)- Lead "home healthcare service" project that connect the healthcare's demand of people living in the rural areas and supply of healthcare services in the cities- Keep track the project's performance by create analytic dashboards and reports- Closely work with product team (web), digital marketing team, telesales team and operation team- Use PostgreSQL and Google Sheets Formula

- Implement customer research to propose appropriate healthcare products and services- Design tracking processes for Promotion Team and App Tracking Team- Using Google Sheets and Google Analytics
