I have been a closing agent/ escrow officer for 23 years. Title Professional for 24 years. I I also do Paralegal work for a Bankruptcy Attorney and did loan processing for a year at a local mortgage company. I also have a mobile signing service as a notary for the State of Colorado. For the last 5 years I have learned the art of coordinating and negotiating short sales for clients. This is an ever changing field and has given me a new perspective in the real estate world. I love being able to help people that are currently in situation that they feel helpless. I feel its my calling to help them to move past their current situation into a new chance in life.
