The program manager, lead analyst and trainer within 1st Special Forces Command and the eleven geographically separated locations. During the expansion of DR, led key working groups to develop the integration between the G-1, G-2, G-3, and G-5. Developed the command wide training program for implementation and led training as the lead trainer, providing continuous support after training. To facilitate implementation, traveled to eleven locations to lead the training and mentorship of new and experienced personnel requiring basic and advanced training. Served as the key subject matter expert for DefenseReady (DR) and readiness during the initial lockdown for COVID-19. Developed the dashboard used by the command team to track infections, recovery, and updated deployability.

Was the lead personnel specialist for the Army Special Operations Current Operations Cell supporting the mobilization of National Guard and Reserve Personnel. Supervised three personnel and developed the incentive system based to reward the outstanding performance of team members that was duplicated by the rest of the headquarters. Leveraging key measurements of critical metrics, reduced the mobilization timeline from two weeks down to one week with an increase in retention of critical learning objectives by 150%.

Fayetteville, North Carolina Area

Provided support to the civilian and military personnel within the North Carolina National Guard. Reorganized the in-processing checklist, on-boarding process, and key systems for supporting the HR needs for all new personnel within the 105th Engineer Battalion, North Carolina National Guard. Hand selected to train the 505th Engineer Battalion in Gastonia, North Carolina and demonstrate the integrated approach of targeted behavior-based training and culture change to support the ongoing utilization of new business practices to ensure the knowledge and experience of the entire organization was readily available to all new personnel while simultaneously developing a tailored approach to meet the needs of each new member.
