I currently work on the incredible Savanna Cider brand.I actively manage client relationships on a day to day basis together with my Account Management team, ensuring that Grey is addressing and exceeding client requirements and expectations while growing revenue and profitability from the account.I keep our client informed and updated on the progress of our projects and any solving our team advise on. This role involves uniting a multi-disciplined team within the agency and across suppliers to deliver the different tasks of a Savanna project. On a daily I write well written precise briefs to inform and instruct different agency teams(creative, production, tech , PR) on client requirements providing them with relevant background information and context.Responding effectively and promptly to queries from within our agency or from client is vital in my role. If need be I escalate emerging challenges quickly and professionally using available channels of communications to ensure attention and prompt resolution.My client relationships are strong, respectful and demonstrate understanding of client’s business, market trends and appreciates their strategic direction ensuring that campaigns are suitably aligned across multiple touch points while adhering to client brand guidelines. Our day to day communication allows me to add value while ensuring that client needs are met at all times.I understand Grey's financial practices and stay fully informed of all aspects of every client agreement in the portfolio. I ensures that WIP levels are strictly managed and invoices to clients are raised regularly and are collected within agreed timescales.

During my time at AB-InBev I worked with the agile methodology. In the almost 2 years at this gloabl organisation, I had the opportunity to be apart of People Services Optimization, Finance OTC and Finance ATR teams. These experiences advanced my skill set and allowed me to engage and present to various stakeholders at various levels in the business. I volunteered to work in Community Management team and volunteered to contribute to in the Action Team.

- Legal Research- Revising legal documents- Sit-in on court proceedings

I was was responsible for the specific portfolios of Vice-primaria:Admin , Residence Facilities, and Maintenance Representative. In that said I organised many TukRes events and functions as well as took part in university activities. This portfolio involved muchnegotiation, communication and planning.This role allowed me together with my HC to lead over 300 female students and support them in their yound adult journey.
