I have gained experience by working in diverse practice areas which encompassed both the commercial and litigation aspects of logistics, including: shipping, claims recovery, admiralty, marine insurance, charterparty, renewables, international trade, maritime casualty response and subrogated recoveries. In the construction sector, I have assisted with advice on construction joint ventures including joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, shareholders' agreements and the articles of association of the joint venture companies. I have been involved in co-generation power projects and other large solar power projects being conducted by power producers. Further, I have gained experience in dealing with JBCC contracts and resolving related disputes. My experience includes advising on contract interpretation, compliance and execution, as well as representing clients in negotiations and mediations.
