Ending Period Poverty, Empowering WomenI joined the MENstruation Foundation to help fight period poverty in South Africa. Our nonprofit ensures that no girl or woman is held back due to a lack of access to sanitary products. By addressing the culture of silence around menstruation, we aim to restore dignity and empower women to fully participate in all aspects of life.

Execution of the operational and marketing plan to achieve targets in compliance with business strategyRaise brand awareness;Digital and social media marketing;Ensure effective management of all components of the marketing activities directed at key stakeholders and industry associations;Stakeholder management and research aligned with marketing;Manage Public Relations requirements by the unit, including advertising;Identify possible strategic opportunities and alliances with key stakeholders;Project manager of all marketing communication projects;Management and participation in marketing platforms including trade shows and roadshows;Management of research, gaining and distribution of business intelligence;Management of networking programme;Ensure compliance with client relations management system in line with policy and guidelines;The ability to develop, implement, measure and make the necessary improvements to ensure a success stakeholder management programme;The ability to interpret the CI guidelines as set out in the CI guidelines;Manage and delivery of accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines;Maintenance of accurate sales records, reports and corporate governance compliance;The ability to manage allocated budgets on a project to project basis;Ensuring that good governance is adhered to at all times;
