48forty Solutions was formed in 2018 following the divestiture from Brambles/CHEP. 48forty Solutions is the largest pallet recycling company in North America. With more than 40 company owned and operated facilities, more than 2,500 employees, and a fleet of more than 5,000 transportation units 48forty is unrivaled in pallet management services. LeRoi was on the Executive Leadership Team through the corporate carve-out from CHEP. He participated in developing the business case, the content for the CIM, and participated in the MPs ultimately completing the successful private equity transaction. LeRoi helped lead the development of the new brand and the structure of the stand-alone company. Upon separation, as the Vice President of Supply Chain, LeRoi had Nationwide P&L responsibility for Retail Services (On-site Retail Operations), Transportation/Logistics, Engineering / Capital Projects, Quality Management System (QMS), Corporate Strategy, and post divestiture M&A activities.

CHEP/Brambles is the largest pallet and reusable container company in the world with 14,000 employees in more than 60 countries globally. CHEP acquired IFCO in 2011 to form what became CHEP Recycled.As the Senior Director of Supply Chain and Transportation LeRoi was part of the integration team that designed and implemented the CHEP/IFCO M&A strategy. In particular, LeRoi was directly responsible for Network Optimization and the determination of facility location/rationalization, transportation strategy (private vs. dedicated), and greenfield operations planning. Beyond the integration, LeRoi's responsibilities included Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Transportation Strategy, Nationwide Training, Procurement, and Engineering / Lean Manufacturing. LeRoi went on to become the Director of Strategy for CHEP where he acted as the liaison between IT and the Business to design the 5 year Strategic Technology (IT) Roadmap for North America. This cross-functional strategy spanned all Commercial (CRM, Pricing, Customer Service) and Operations (Supply Chain Tools, Analytics, BI) technology requirements.Prior to the divestiture (48forty), LeRoi led the first IoT product launch for the Americas, implementing "smart" sensor enabled pallets.

Prior to its acquisition by Brambles/CHEP, IFCO was the largest recycled pallet and reusable container company in the World. IFCO was acquired by Brambles in 2011.LeRoi started with IFCO as a Business Analyst and spent two years having diverse responsibility ranging from cost modeling, RFP preparation, and National Account Management. LeRoi went on to become Director Customer / Supply Chain Solutions for National Sales. His responsibilities included designing Customer Solutions, Public Relations, Sustainability, Account Management, Quality Management System (QMS), and Industry & Government Affairs. LeRoi was the "technical complement" to the Sales team responsible for coming up with ways to grow the business and deliver solutions to the market.

LeRoi was recruited to HP by his former boss at WM, then HP's VP of Quality, Analytics, and Optimization (QAO), and had responsibility for Supplier Performance, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Analytics, and Training and Implementation.
