Upon separation, as the Vice President of Supply Chain, LeRoi had Nationwide P&L responsibility for Retail Services (On-site Retail Operations), Transportation/Logistics, Engineering / Capital Projects, Quality Management System (QMS), Corporate Strategy, and post divestiture M&A activities. -

CHEP acquired IFCO in 2011 to form what became CHEP Recycled.As the Senior Director of Supply Chain and Transportation LeRoi was part of the integration team that designed and implemented the CHEP/IFCO M&A strategy. In particular, LeRoi was directly responsible for Network Optimization and the determination of facility location/rationalization, transportation strategy (private vs. dedicated), and greenfield operations planning. Beyond the integration, LeRoi's responsibilities included Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Transportation Strategy, Nationwide Training, Procurement, and Engineering / Lean Manufacturing. LeRoi went on to become the Director of Strategy for CHEP where he acted as the liaison between IT and the Business to design the 5 year Strategic Technology (IT) Roadmap for North America. This cross-functional strategy spanned all Commercial (CRM, Pricing, Customer Service) and Operations (Supply Chain Tools, Analytics, BI) technology requirements.Prior to the divestiture (48forty), LeRoi led the first IoT product launch for the Americas, implementing "smart" sensor enabled pallets. -
