I am passionate about business improvement and particularly how business deal with their information. Qualified as a chartered accountant with a Master Degree in Information Management I set off to consult to large multi-national and many national companies to use technology to transform and improve. I've started and directed SME business operations and now applying all this experience and practical understanding to assist other businesses to reduce the cost of information management and improve the use of information in businesses.All my experience culminated in the development of a body of knowledge around Lean Information: applying lean manufacturing principles to optimise the value of information and reduce the cost thereof. This focus is encapsulated in our own RapidLeanInfo (tm) methodology.
