Leroy is a proud Worimi and Ngarrindjeri man who was born and raised in Biripi Counrty, Taree, NSW, and a has spent the majority of his life in Newcastle, Worimi/Awabakal Country. As a dynamic Aboriginal leader, Leroy is relentless in his pursuit of innovation and driving real change focussed toward equity of access for Aboriginal People in society, economy and infrastructure. With a career spanning Executive Leadership in the Aboriginal Not-for-Profit Employment sector and a solid foundation in Banking and Finance, Leroy has forged his path with purpose. ​Leroy is an electric facilitator and a commanding speaker with a sharp, future-focused mind.
