• Material Inspection: Responsible for inspection of incoming material (raw material, machined components, fabricated parts) according to purchase orders, drawings, and specifications. Ensuring that inspection data and information is recorded and accurate. Use of correct inspection sheets to record inspection data and maintain appropriate inspection logs. Use of appropriate inspection instruments including callipers, height gauges, and other instruments as applicable. Witnessing and surveillance inspection for surface preparation and painting activities as per relevant inspection points stipulated in ITP. Conducting DFT inspections and adhesion inspections. Hot dip galvanizing inspection at Galvanizer’s plant. Preparation of reports and documentation
