First level software and hardware support. Work in cross functional team/roll requiring ability to work with multiple applications that support both office and plant floor production requirements. Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance as Level 1 support. Communicate daily with the internal team on projects and tickets.
