Head of ICT and DLC department, managing a team of IT specialist and non-IT specialist teachers. Member of the school's ICT strategy team alongside the school's headteacher, business manager and Oakford Technology representatives (the school's network management consultants). Implementer and coordinator of school's online booking systems for IT suites and parents' evening. Panel member of UWE cyber-focus forum, focusing on the development of cyber resources for secondary schools.

Responsible for teaching ICT (IT and Computing) at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and GCSE mathematics at Key Stage 4. I also taught Introductory Web Design to an adult education class hosted at the school. Form tutor in a year-based pastoral system.

Initially employed as a PE and general cover teacher and then appointed as the interim Head of ICT department (Jan 2004 - Dec 2004) to allow the post holder to become Wiltshire Education Authority's Key Stage 3 ICT advisor. Retained as an ICT teacher on the return of the post holder.
