• Reviewed and updated national level spectrum management policies, guidance and procedures relating to the proper and efficient management of the electromagnetic spectrum in support of the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Supervised the planning, supportability, coordination and assignment of personnel to assist with mitigating frequency interference.
• Provided insight on software recommendation as a Subject Matter Expert to Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System, enhancing requirements supporting the warfighters.

• Served as the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (IMEF) Chief Spectrum Manager for all of Camp Pendleton, California. Solely responsible for initiating, detecting, requesting, modifying and implementing frequency.
• Assisted with development of command policy for managing, requesting, and coordinating electromagnetic spectrum use.
• Familiar with coordination processes with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
• Managed various frequency databases for I MEF, containing 86,000 permanent and temporary records.
• Conducted site surveys and analysis for new tactical communications systems, radio line of sight, radio coverage analysis, and topological analysis to ensure minimal radio interference and frequency fratricide.
• Provided oversight and coordination of MEF training requirements for all Marine Subordinate Commands (MSC) under I MEF, resulting in two performance awards.
