LeRoy's varied career has focused on technology and construction and he brings a unique and synergistic perspective to his projects.While Operations Manager at DECA, an aviation refurbishment company, LeRoy managed a team of 120 engineers and technicians on large private jet refurbishment projects.As President of Alphatech, a computer sales company, he built partnerships with Japanese, Taiwanese, and Chinese personal computer manufacturers and established a nationwide network of computer resellers. While Business Development Manager for Media Forum International, a software and multimedia production company, LeRoy brought the company from Europe to the USA and developed offices in Los Angeles, Boston and Miami.As Sales Manager for Electrosonic Systems, an entertainment industry systems integrator, LeRoy was key to its development as a leading systems integrator for theme parks, casinos, museums and stadiums. LeRoy grew the Burbank office to over 30 employees supporting projects in the Western US and South America.As Director of World Associates, a sustainable real estate development company, LeRoy led the development of Yellow Hills Ranch, a 300 home sustainable community with a solar electric farm and wild mustang eco-tourism on 4,700 acres in Northern New Mexico.LeRoy founded and managed NewWest Homes, a green prefab home builder that designed and built over 100 custom homes throughout Southern California. He also founded Butterfly Power, an innovative provider of mobile solar and wind power solutions.LeRoy's mission is to accelerate the development of regenerative green built communities with self-reliant and sustainable local generation of power, water and food. All of his business projects create resources and skills for that mission.Recently, LeRoy founded and is CEO of Punapods, manufacturing panelized tiny homes beautiful in form and function. He is also building community homes in Crestone, Colorado.Whether working in operations or sales, LeRoy has demonstrated a proficiency in project management and engineering with extraordinary people skills. LeRoy is acknowledged as an effective problem solver who can build consensus between creative, technical and commercial interests and achieve the desired results in each project. He has considerable experience preparing and presenting complex sales, marketing and financial plans, detailed proposals, and project deliverables.LeRoy has lived in Switzerland, Nigeria, and Peru and speaks Spanish. He has traveled to 44 countries and worked extensively in Europe, Asia and South America.
