I am an experienced Agency Principal with a demonstrated history building and maintaining highest performing and nationally recognized agency's in the insurance industry. Skilled in Multiple Insurance areas, agency leadership, Customer Service, and Sales organizations. Strong education professional having taught CFP course work for 16 years at UCSC.Within my career at Allstate since 1978 I have received Best in Company 4 times and have been an Honor Ring recipient as well as qualified for National Conference year after year. During my career I have qualified for Conference of Champions for a record of 28 years and earning 217 yearlong National Company Awards (#1 Agency Owner in Allstate's history within this category of awards). I was one of the first group of Allstate Agents to be inducted into the Allstate Hall of Fame in 1999. In 2017 I humbly received the Dick McKenna Good Hands Legacy Award being recognized for unquestionable moral fiber and always placing others first. In addition to these accolades I was an Inaugural member of the National Advisory Board and the Agency Executive Council, representing California Allstate Agency Owners and awarded "Silicon Valley" Insurance Agent of the year in 2002. I was a platform speaker at the National Association of Life Underwriters, a member of the million dollar round table, and taught certified Financial Planner courses at U.C. Santa Cruz.
