Red Line · Managed the work and supervised project-engineering managers for design and construction. · Delivered over fifteen multi-million dollar contracts for design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning of: trains, signaling, automatic train control, communications, traction power, facilities electrical, systems for fire and emergency management, central control, and mechanical and electrical equipment for facilities. · Through innovative contract packaging and multi-year contracts delivered these projects an average of 20% below budget while also assuring equipment standardization on future line extensions.
