My responsibilities were to analyse the existing data bases (3 disparate platforms),define a development / delivery strategy and to identify provider for the construction and maintenance of a data warehouse. At the time of the completion of this analysis the company found the cost of implementation was exorbitantin relation to the expected return on investment.
