Current• Evaluate market trends, legal/regulatory climate, competitive products, and more;• Monitor changes in marketplace technology;• Conduct research on product enhancements and new product offerings;• Present findings and recommendations• Develop marketing strategy in partnership with marketing team ensuring consistency with organization and business line objectives and goals and meeting product profit and growth goals.• Develop roadmap and requirements for new and existing products• Ensure cross-functional alignment of product roadmap and priorities• Manage the development of product pricing and profitability analysis and recommends pricing • Manages competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends.• Manage the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance, profitability and contribution.• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are understood• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to ensure sales teams are ready to represent our latest product and service offerings.• Review risk data related to product line(s) and ensures risks are effectively monitored and managed.• Ensure products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinates legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.• Plan, develop and control project/product budget.
