    In 2009 I started the Right to Repair in South Africa with my then colleague Paul Britz (R.I.P). I experienced the unfair business practices that were being levelled against Independent Aftermarket workshops and introduced the R2R to the Aftermarket sector of the Motor Industry. I am proud of the fact that all the hard work and hard yards that were made by so many like-minded industry partners finally culminated in the publishing of the Motor Industry Guidelines effective on the 1st July 2021.
