Consolidated and categorised major Indirect spend categories this included business travel, utilities, IT & telecoms, logistics services and responsibility for strategic Capex expenditure across 35 sites within the EMEA Region (£130 million).Responsible for the RFQ processes for the relevant categories and negotiated supply agreements to deliver best value, lowest risk and a standardised service for all manufacturing plants.Developed close relationships with manufacturing plant key stakeholders by internally marketing the indirect and capex procurement function and the added value it brings to the organisation through continuous engagement.
