Unique Skill Sets My 32 year career has focused on; commercial, residential and community planning for various real estate market segments; office, retail, primary home, secondary home, vacation / resort, golf course, equestrian and master planned developments. For the past twenty years I have been responsible for operational management, internal leadership and mentoring of staff and business development. I have created entity formations (local, national and international) and provided creative direction for projects in a design role. At the age of 27, when I was a Project Manager for Irvine Pacific, I was directing construction valued of $132m. In the 90’s, I worked throughout Asia and as Chairman, formed RNM Hong Kong, Ltd. Then, in the following 12 years I ran my own building and design firm prior to merging with EDI Architecture, Inc. in 2006 followed by employment with Fitness International, LLC to participate in the refinement their prototyping real estate building program.As a development partner or an architect, I’m skilled in complex entitlements, permit processing and construction management.
