Oversee volunteers and Board of Directors who serve youth within our public and private schools/club teams. Responsible to recruit, train and hire volunteers, Board members and staff. Build relationships with community, churches, businesses and schools to promote ministry mission and vision and encourage partnership. Raise money to support and grow ministry. Partner with other designated leaders and Directors within FCA to plan, organize and facilitate the annual youth sports camp held at UCLA. Serve as a Chaplain for High School and College Sports teams and speak/preach regularly on school campuses. ● Established an FCA presence in Santa Clarita by starting 11 Huddles on Jr. High, High School and College campuses with average attendance of 1100 per week. ● Served as Director of Coaches during annual sports camp, provided discipleship, counsel and bible study sessions● Raised money for scholarships to send youth to sports camp● Continually recruited highest number of youth participants within my region and have witnessed over 8300 decisions for Christ through this ministry ● Provide Chaplaincy/Care ministry to coaches and sports teams and speak to various college teams around the country upon request. Also work with various professional athletes to promote the gospel and FCA ministry through special outreach events.

Oversee and coordinate evangelical and motivational personal development programs for men of all ages. ● Coordinate in person services and events for our men’s ministry and preach/teach message for services. ● Assist Youth Pastor with preaching/teaching and special events including events that partner with FCA. ● Facilitate weekly bible study for men via zoom to include participants from all over the country● Assist Senior Pastor with Sunday teachings● Served as Community Care Pastor from 2015-2017 and on the Board of Directors from 2017-2019.

Oversight of nonprofit humanitarian organization committed to revitalizing ministries/nonprofit organizations in the world, which have been neglected by offering resources and services to aid in their efforts to revive and grow their respective ministry. Responsible for managing areas of Evangelism and Stewardship Growth, Organizational Assessment, Social Media Solutions, Safety and Security Protocols, Web Hosting & Design and offer Strategies and Solutions. ● Assemble teams and meet with Pastors and Board Members to assess and discuss areas of concern, determine next course of action, and offer solutions/resources to aid them in reaching their set goals.

Served on a panel to investigate, discuss and identify peaceful, humanitarian terminologies and methods for people of color to tell their story; building bridges of understanding and solidarity between all races within our respective churches and communities.

Scouted locations, practice facilities, arranged and scheduled games and reported final scores to media. Planted and led congregation of over 500+ members and established internal ministries to support mission and vision of our church and provide a safe place for people to be restored, discipled and loved. Ministries provided opportunities for people to use and grow in their talents and gifts to honor the Lord and serve one another. Prepared and delivered weekly sermons to attendees, provided discipleship opportunities and leadership development, counseling and worked to promote the gospel through various outlets including TV, media and books. ● Grew from 7 to 110 people with the first year and grew to 500+ within the first 3 years of existence. ● Authored “411 On Tongues” in 2000 emphasizing our need to pray in the Spirit. ● Produced and appeared on the weekly cable TV show, “The Burning Bush Experience” discussing the biblical perspective on various issues and challenges of everyday life. ● Continual practice of equipping the saints to do the work; equip and deploy to fulfill the Great Commission.
