With a strong presence in the retail and investment sectors Les Szancer now focuses his time at Paradigm Securities dealing with capital raisings, initial public offerings and acts in corporate advisory roles to companies in order to assist in creating successful outcomes. From the successful trading of options since the early 2000's Les Szancer commenced the educational training business Blue Ribbon Options in 2003 and continues to hold courses through the Company. Since the mid 2000's Les has performed as an options broker on the behalf of other companies and individuals. Through Les' time at Paradigm securities he has increased his experience skill set significantly to include the junior mining sector.
