Les designed and implemented the entire cross platform framework that allows us to take the core C++ libraries, and produce equivalent java & .net libraries in a seamless manner. In addition, Les has been instrumental in helping support and diagnose issues both internally and in the field. He has developed numerous tools to assist our support teams in identifying issues rapidly, and often times, preemptively. He works well with all of our users, both internal and external. Les is exceptional at finding the root cause of issues in very complex environments. Over the last 2 years, Les took on my role as team leader/manager for the core speech technology team at Nice (as I have since retired).
