Utilized extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop multi layered real estate and project pro-formas detailing cash flow and sales projections for $300 Million Dollar Luxury Golf and Resort Projects. Chief Legal counsel duties include management of all aspects of office legal procedure including drafting and review of contracts, selection and handling of business and worker’s comp insurance matters and advising on of all aspects of domestic and international real estate issues.
