Senior Manager with over 30 years of experience providing support services for the financial industry environment within HPI. Responsibilities include management of a team of Project Management Professionals and Line of Business Managers that support the services provided to our Custom Bank accounts. Prior responsibilities were management of HPI Custom Bank IMAC team, and direct correspondence with Custom Bank vendor management team for support of account SLAs and escalations. Other previous roles include being direct Managed Print Services focal for implementation of dMPS goals and presentation to RBU on a monthly basis. In addition, previous responsibilities included management of 25+ field technical support personnel in Southern California, Southern Nevada and Alaska for end user field support for all towers within the HPI environment.
