Built in 2013, to host the annual Washington Redskins training camp, the center plays host to year round events when not in use by the Redskins. Oversee the calendar, management and events at the facility on a day to day basis. Coordinate training camp with the Redskins while maximizing the asset on behalf of the City of Richmond year round. Managed the expansion and development of 7,500 sf of additional event space at the venue.Manage a wide portfolio of Naming Rights and Advertising partnerships for SMG Richmond Facilities including Altria Theater, Dominion Arts Center, Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center and Richmond Coliseum

Promoted by SMG to General Mgr of The Meadow Event Park, birthplace of Secretariat and owned by the State Fair of Virginia. Assisted with the development and opening of venue, including rental structure, target audience, staffing and ongoing direct oversight of year round events held at the venue including exhibit hall, equestrian complex, wedding & banquet facilities and outdoor space. Managed event staff as well as food and beverage operation that supported the annual State Fair of Virginia

Preopening and Opening management of this facility built by the City of Jacksonville in 2004. Managed bookings and operations of the facility thru 2009. During tenure managed capital improvements which completed 2nd phase of master plan while cementing the venue as a premier equestrian venue in the Southeast

Owned and operated an equine training/boarding facility with a focus on Combined Training. Lessons and training for over 60 students weekly. Also operated a successful summer camp for up to 80 youth. Personal competitive participation thru the Advanced Level in Eventing and Dressage. Gained the support of Burroughs Corp, Dollar Discount and the USEF Promising Rider Fund to support competition expenses and continued training.
