I look for the strategic wins in everything. As Director for the Customer Relationship Center of Excellence, I engage with every department across our organization. My team is responsible for projects ranging from the significant technical product development to the simple tweaks needed for minor processes. We keep our customers in mind through everything we do, their experience is our top priority.
