Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Promote the company’s culture, employee programs, and HR SOPs to management teams and employees in AOR. • Provide support, strategic advice, and feedback to leaders and individual contributors.• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.• Partner with leaders to oversee and provide recommendations and guidance on creating a Great Place to Work.• Train and promote employee engagement programs to both employees and leaders. • Facilitates communication among employees and management, guiding managers and associates on dispute resolution, disciplinary action, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, and litigation avoidance.• Proactively partners to make performance management a part of the ongoing culture; including training, communication, performance improvement plans, career development, and guidance as needed.• Coach and develop managers to become more effective as leaders and managers.• Maintains an awareness of talent and recruiting needs to help achieve a high-quality talent pipeline.• Work closely with Regional and General Managers on workforce planning and maintaining staffing levels.
