•Responsible for engaging new employees in training and encouraging success in reviews•Confidently provide cheerful administrative support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services•Audit and produce reports of administrative standard work, statistics, and additional documents as requested•Accurately process patient medical records •Utilize Cerner matrix which encompasses PowerChart (electronic medical record), Mainframe, Access (patient schedule), in addition to Rounds (electronic medical record)

·Assist in the planning, developing, & implementing of classroom activities for after school programs·Maintain supervision & records of attendance·Conduct parent-teacher conferences & discipline as needed

•Utilize systematic approach to assessment, planning, implementation, & evaluation to provide personal training to MidMichigan employees, community members, bariatric clients & physical/cardiovascular/pulmonary therapy patients•Conduct independent daily operations of fitness center including positive customer service, processing accurate documentation, management of membership payments, program/event coordination, & utilizing patient scheduling matrix•Independently supervise, monitor, & regulate the fitness facility•Assist with facility maintenance/repair/improvements•Complete administrative tasks & projects as assigned

•Assist in daily clerical operations of the physical therapy department including positive customer service, greeting visitors, answering phones, handling patient inquiries, process accurate documentation, utilize patient scheduling & billing matrix according to department procedures and policies•Disinfect rehabilitation equipment as well as maintain cleanliness of facility•Assist Physical Therapists as needed
