Project Management from small quick wins to onboarding of a new facility. Manage small Operations team. Backup the Data-center Manager. Managed expenditures upwards of $160k, primarily operations consumables. Developed documentation and standard operating procedures utilizing formatting by IT solutions company Capgemini. This involved using rough draft materials given to me for polishing and formatting and working with IT subject matter experts on developing documentation. Initiated project to employ Root Cause Analysis of IT processes. Devised office layout restructuring that would accomplish desires of both management and staff. Augment IT Technical Support team when needed: Using Remote Assistance apps; cloud based service ticket system. Execute creation, organization and maintenance of JCL batch job schedules ran by operations staff against an IBM Z series mainframe. Managed vendor relationships of payroll check stock, MICR toner and printer maintenance kits, and tape media for IBM Automatic Tape Library which manages nearly 4400 slots available for backup tape storage. Some exposure with SMA OpCon/xps and ActiveBatch job scheduling solutions. Support AS400 based Kronos iSeries platform for payroll management.

Provided technical support to 3000 DFA staff, as well as Affiliates based on service level contracts; supported over two dozen manufacturing plants nationally, who at the time supported 22,000 dairy producers (whom also called occasionally). Performed Tier 1 to Tier 2 hardware/network/software troubleshooting via phone, remote access, email or instant messaging. Performed security account tasks within Active Directory and various other business applications; helped with Malware removal assistance and guidance. Assisted users with updates or program breaks and issues. Exposed to Windows, Mainframe and AS/400 environments. Provided assistance with ERP, Imaging, and web based applications. Used IBM Lotus Notes and aided client installation and setup; used IBM Director server administration; troubleshooting Citrix nFuse client sessions; VPN and Cisco VPN concentrator session assistance; network connectivity; telecommunications and more. Server monitoring, issuing support tickets to IBM. Exposed to Mainframe utilities and job control/operations including JES2,VTAM, MVS. Augment IT operations.
