Following a relocation to London from Belfast, I joined Eden Brown as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to enhance their Social Care division. Working within a team of seven skilled recruiters, I am responsible for sourcing Social Workers from all regions of Southern England and inner London, quickly becoming savant in providing a vast spectrum of social workers to mainly the London boroughs.

I commenced my own recruitment business in November 2009 after working for 17 years in the industry. In the midst of recession - my company continued to grow due to maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. I had a strong vision within my business model; to change the negative perception of recruitment agencies - usually that they are unprofessional and over priced. I prided myself in offering a personal approach to any recruitment needs, within any business setting. I specialised particularly within industries such as; healthcare, hospitality, secretarial and administration, human resources and support services, although often recruiting for other industries such as IT, engineering and financial services. With my extensive experience, I was also a platform for help and advice in regards to gaining employment.

I progressed into the role of a Senior Account Manager in 2002. Leading the team within our Industrial and Catering division, as well as providing recruitment to most other employment sectors.

Working within one of Belfast's busiest high street recruitment agencies - I was responsible for starting a desk from scratch, building relationships with clients and candidates, that progressed to managing up to 200 temporary staff in the workplace, each week.
