About Lesa Malone Aipa

With over two decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Having collaborated with businesses of various sizes and spanning diverse industries, I specialize in guiding stressed-out and under-pressure business owners who feel overwhelmed by the financial aspects of their operations.We believe that having the financial side of the business taken care of relieves stress and offers “peace of mind” giving you the freedom to concentrate on building the business and having a better lifestyle! My background for the last 20 years has been in Financial Management. In 2008 I was made redundant 18 months after I bought my dream home in a dream location (but with the nightmare mortgage). With help and support, I was empowered by an amazing coach who helped me change and grow. I retrained and became self employed and now I'm passionate about empowering you to change and grow. This translates into educating you on the "housekeeping" side of business and all the new responsibilities that keep you up at night!
