I have worked in the concrete industry for over 35 years. I am the founder, owner/operator of a concrete washout company called the Washout Watchdog. I have invented easy-to-use, yet highly effective products that assist Concrete Producers, Contractors and Pumpers by capturing washout water and leftover materials on job sites. The Washout Watchdog's mission is to help others achieve sustainability by capturing, containing and re-purposing concrete waste. Our washout waste systems are designed to help save time & money with any endeavor in the Construction & Ready-Mix Industries. We also manufacture our own industrial rotomolded products for construction waste management and can tailor them to various specifications as needed.My passion lies in recycling and helping companies comply with environmental regulations while making it simple and affordable to to do so. Customer service and satisfaction is what drives our company. We also work in tandem with other like minded companies to provide sustainable solutions for the concrete industry. On a personal note, I graduated with honors from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Business Management. I also achieved the rank of Grand Master in the martial art of Hapkido and have earned an 8th degree Black Belt. I have been featured in Black Belt Magazine, on the cover of Karate/Kung Fu Illustrated and have contributed articles to various other martial arts publications. I owned and operated my own martial arts school in Monrovia, CA from 1991 to 2011. It was at that time, I made the decision to dedicate myself full time to my Washout Watchdog business.
