Named Space Operations Command (SpOC) Space Operator of the Year (2023).- Conducted orbital analysis, threat characterization, & on-orbit defense for seven satellites through over 400 hours of dynamic mission planning. Recognized as the 1st Space Operations Squadron's (1 SOPS) Company Grade Officer of the Year (2023) out of 31 candidates.- Headed 14 operators through an 11-day campaign to design & execute tactics that enabled mission success against the United States Space Force’s #1 & #2 priority on-orbit targets.

- Lead operator for three crews & nine operators through 6,500 hours of 24/7 operations, 21 on-orbit missions, & 2,000 satellite vehicle & payload maintenance actions for the space & ground systems of a $1B satellite constellation.- Directed a ten-member team through 362 hours of curriculum development & instruction for 62 students that led to a 100% certification rate, enabling a 42% increase in operations manning across three organizations.- Supervised 33 military & civilian personnel through the preliminary design review of a training software system overhaul that led to a $5.5M contract award for a next-gen satellite command & control training simulator.

- Designed a machine learning algorithm that remotely monitors degradation & anomalies for 51 power systems across 26 customers, allowing proactive maintenance scheduling & a decrease in physical hardware inspections.
