Always trying to bring value to business aligning IT with corporate principles using COBIT.

Redesigned all IT processes using frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL, decreasing the amount of steps and making them more efficient. Developed the Application Lifecycle Management Process that manages from business requests to deployment control using Rationa Team Concert (IBM). Used DevOps principles to align Systems and Infrastructure areas. Managed HelpDesk team for more tham a thousand based on measurement and KPIs. Supported Internal and Aegon Audit Teams, and deployed the Information Security area.

Managed the procurement of Blade Servers/Virtualization Platform from design to deployment, reducing the overall costs in 35%. Project audited and approved by Transamerica IT Teams (USA), and Aegon Architecture Team (Netherlands). Redesigned the IT architecture introducing corporate concepts such as SOA and tools such as ESB (Microsoft Biztalk) and ETL Tools (Pentaho Kettle).
