A senior strategic financial and administrative leader with over 35 years experience in telecom, software, environmental, manufacturing, consulting and banking sectors, working collaboratively as part of senior management teams with involvement in all aspects of businesses including business development, marketing, finance, administration, M&A and strategic planning. Positions I’ve held include account manager, VP Finance & Administration, CFO & CAO & Corporate Secretary, General Manager, President as well as working as an independent consultant. In these roles I’ve worked closely with CEOs, other senior management team members, boards of directors, investor representatives and legal and audit advisors of private and small public start-up and growth companies. My experience includes leading and building teams, raising and managing capital, establishing budgets, reporting and managing results, and managing legal and administrative aspects of businesses. Prior to joining revQuotient in March 2020, I held the position of CFO and Corporate Secretary of the WireIE group since 2008, a Canadian telecom company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. My experience also includes exposure to municipal and community organizations as a volunteer board member and President of the Scugog Chamber of Commerce in Port Perry and with the Durham Region Economic Development Department as a volunteer business networking session leader.
