US Air Force Selects Howard University as the first Historically Black College or University to lead its Tactical Autonomy University Affiliated Research Center (TA UARC)The Research Institute for Tactical Autonomy (RITA) leverages the research and expertise of diverse faculty, staff, and student researchers from 9 collaborating universities throughout the United States. Together, we conduct research and development for secure and intelligent tactical autonomy, with trustworthy artificial intelligence, collaborations between platforms and human-machine teaming.

Uplift Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit established in 1997, provides technology-based resources, research, services, and education to members of underrepresented communities to produce lifelong learners and to help ensure an improved quality of life.
