During this time, the plant showed significant improvement in relation to its prior key performance indicators• End-to-End product managment(from purchase of raw materials to marketing and supply chain) of several Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) products throughout the plant (multiple plants involve in the production scheme). o Engaging in complex working processes under dynamic and demanding working environment. o Implementation of Lean manufacturing methods (i.e. Operation excellence and right first time) to all API's production with significant improvement in competitive cost o Leading and developing cross- organization cooperation
