• Managing a group of 30 employees (engineers and operators of various skills) in a 24/7 operation• Responsibility of all aspects of the production facility: o EHS- compliance to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). o Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance – compliance with cGMP. Preforming internal and external GMP audits. Implementation of corrective and preventive action program (CAPA) to ensure best practice. o Customer reliability and satisfaction in terms of stock and cost. o Maintenance and engineering of valid existing and new production equipment. During this time, the plant showed significant improvement in relation to its prior key performance indicators• End-to-End product managment(from purchase of raw materials to marketing and supply chain) of several Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) products throughout the plant (multiple plants involve in the production scheme). o Engaging in complex working processes under dynamic and demanding working environment. o Implementation of Lean manufacturing methods (i.e. Operation excellence and right first time) to all API's production with significant improvement in competitive cost o Leading and developing cross- organization cooperation

• New products implementations(NPI) of new R&D products into full-scale commercial production • Planning and controlling production schedule• Product Engineering- managing on-site production, beginning from validation batches up to post launching and full-scaled production. • Product Management - preparation of product portfolio in correlation to quality and compliance • During this time successful integration and validation of two API's, currently commercial, was conducted
