As part of Microsoft’s Bing Maps team I develop applications in C# and SQL for processing geospatial data for publication to Microsoft’s Bing Maps website. Since 2006 I have experience in a variety of Microsoft technologies including:• Eight years’ experience developing C# applications with Visual Studio and .NET 4.0+.• Five years’ experience with SQL Server T-SQL development including database design, writing queries and stored procedures, and SQL CLR. Extensive work with SQL Server’s spatial data types on the server and client sides.• Five years’ experience with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) in Visual Studio for maintaining database objects in source control and managing database deployment.• Experienced with Visual Studio TFS for source control, builds, branching for release management, and work item/bug management.• Development of ArcGIS add-ins using C# and ArcObjects for use by Microsoft’s map production team. Designed SDE geodatabase storage in SQL Server for multiversioned and archived datasets.
