Current•Leading and managing moderation teams across the UK, US, AU and NZ •Developing and implementing effective moderation strategies and workflows in line with company guidelines.•Collaborating with the Head of Support and Moderation, Online Policy and Safety Manager, and other cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and engaging platform.•Training and mentoring moderation team members, fostering their growth and development.•Ensuring adherence to content moderation guidelines and policies, continuously improving processes.•Monitoring team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality moderation outcomes.•Collaborating with the Head of Support and Moderation to establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content moderation.•Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and safety to drive continuous improvement.
