Current- Leading and managing moderation teams across the UK, US, AU and NZ
- Developing and implementing effective moderation strategies and workflows in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborating with the Head of Support and Moderation, Online Policy and Safety Manager, and other cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and engaging platform.
- Training and mentoring moderation team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Ensuring adherence to content moderation guidelines and policies, continuously improving processes.
- Monitoring team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality moderation outcomes.
