Omicron Delta Kappa (ΟΔΚ), also known as The Circle and ODK, is a national leadership honor society in the United States. This prestigious organization is exclusive over 200 Juniors, Seniors, and Masters students. I created a club underneath ODK for Freshman and Sophomores to recognize leaders among athletes, journalists, artists, scholarship recipients and service leaders. This clubs mission is to guide young leaders in creating their own leadership projects on campus and in the local community. While creating this club, I recruited over 50 students from 5 aspects of campus by using my public speaking, strategic planning, and collaboration skills. To ensure my club, Rising Leaders Circle, was beneficial, I organized a mentorship for all 35 current members between RLC and ODK, so upperclassmen can provide educational and personal development to each member.

I supported the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the creation of projects, while trafficking them throughout the agency. This involved working with 3 account service team members and 5 graphic design team members to deliver content that exceeds client expectations. Consulting with 2 clients simultaneously to provide clarification as well as monitoring client industry news, was critical to ensure completion of tasks.

Collaborated with 20 lifeguards to plan schedules, staff selection, trained and provided bi weekly assignments. Provided three district managers with information and services needed for pool management daily. Trained 20 staff members monthly, using medical supplies, equipment and techniques. Confirmed another yearly contract with the client.
