Since the role of Admin Assistant is vast and calls for many different tasks, I've only listed some of the things I assist with: create invoices, write and proof correspondence, track Partner activites, scan and track files, create Power of Attorney forms, mail processing, expense reports, create PowerPoint presentations, back up tax administrator (processing tax returns), and back up receptionist.

I loved working with the Military guys and gals that come and go everyday. It is a "home away from home" feel that is captivated by the fun and relaxing atmosphere created at the facility. I ran the front desk, checked out equipment, played movies, answered the phone, made friends, & went on trips with the military to fun and sometimes faraway places.

Cashier, Layaway, Service Desk, Lawn & Garden, & Shoes were official titles I had. I also often helped in several other departments when needed; clothing, bakery, dairy, produce, kitchen, cosmetics, bedding, bath, toys, sporting goods, and jewelry.
