With a degree in graphic design and a passion for digital media, Esperanza has dedicated her career to producing a wide variety of projects, from branding and editorial design to e-commerce platforms, apps, and web interfaces.Throughout her career, Esperanza has worked with a diverse range of clients and agencies, both big and small, including Nike, JWT and Leo Burnett. She believes in a collaborative and empathetic approach to design, ensuring that everyone's ideas are heard and valued. This approach results in visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly designs that meet the users' needs.Currently, Esperanza is the Creative Director and Operations Manager at SplitMango Media, an award-winning digital agency based in Vancouver, specializing in Front End Development, Custom Programming, Web Design and Digital Strategy. She enjoys mentoring young designers, keeping up with the latest design trends and technologies, and indulging in delicious Mexican food.
