My passion in life is being able to help families through difficult times in life. That is why I found myself in funeral service. There is no greater pleasure in life than helping someone. I have a 14 years experience in being a funeral director and embalmer. I have eight years of experience of managing a funeral home, with a minimum of 350 calls a year. Also, an additional 5 years expirence of retail management. I have been a high level manager with year-after-year success achieving revenue and profit. I have motivated teams of over 100 employees to record year-over-year growth and profits. I have several years experience working with asset protection/loss prevention standards in a big box and stand alone retail environments. Customer satisfaction must be maintained. My goals in life change, as I learn new things everyday to help improve myself.
