I successfully transitioned the BIR project team from the Waterfall delivery framework to the AGILE methodology, improving speed in processing and accuracy in results with each Release project life cycle.I also executed the Global Trade Customer Conversion project for 40k plus clients migrating client information from the legacy system to the strategic trade platform. Ensuring that data cleanup was properly completed for 26 processing units across the globe. This project included training of Operation SMEs to assist in the cleanup.I also held Operation management positions within Global Trade - to include the Trade Billing and Fee Collection Manager position during which time our small team managed and invoiced the Global trade book of $340 million with less than a 1% write-off.
