Promoted to oversee all HR functions during rapid company expansion encompassing a national workforce throughout 34 states. Hope Community Church is a multi-site church campus with $18M budget, 150+ staff, 4 countywide locations, and 8,000+ in weekly attendance.Provided administrative, strategic, and in-person support to multiple volunteer teams across multiple campuses and worked collaboratively with campus leadership on the development, recruiting, onboarding, and training of volunteers.Select Accomplishments:• Facilitated over 600 volunteers on the Guest Services team for weekend services for 4 campus locations.• Collaborated in growing the number of volunteers from 150 to 600+.• Project managed large numbers of volunteer teams for large-scale community events including the Global Leadership Summit, holiday productions, and other engagement events.• Developed training materials, communication templates, and onboarding processes and systems.• Collaborated in the planning, development, and execution of events, as well as post-event evaluations.
